For the sake of safety and order, we present the house rules in force. The regulations for staying in our cottages define the obligations of persons using the rented holiday cottage.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

  1. The rental of the cottage includes, according to prior arrangements, accommodation for up to 4 (four) people.<\/li>\n
  2. Each additional person may be accommodated only with the consent of the Lessor and for an additional fee.<\/li>\n
  3. In the event of exceeding the declared number of people using the cottage without the consent and knowledge of the Lessor, the Lessor reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately with all consequences, without the obligation to refund any previously paid fees.<\/li>\n
  4. The stay starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.<\/li>\n
  5. All payments related to renting the holiday cottage must be settled on the first day of the stay.<\/li>\n
  6. In the event of cancellation of a reserved stay, the paid deposit is non-refundable.<\/li>\n
  7. We are not responsible for valuable items left in the cottage or for damage to items belonging to the Guests. Full responsibility for personal belongings left in the cottage lies solely with the person renting the cottage.<\/li>\n
  8. When using the grill, please remember to follow safety rules and light it away from the wooden walls of the cottage.<\/li>\n
  9. Any defects or damage should be reported immediately to the Lessor.<\/li>\n
  10. When leaving the cottage, please check that all electrical devices are switched off and that windows and doors are closed.<\/li>\n
  11. Please use the air conditioning only with windows closed.<\/li>\n
  12. The Guest renting the cottage is financially responsible for any damage incurred during their stay.<\/li>\n
  13. Guests may use the free parking during their stay (maximum 1 car per cottage). The Lessor is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft.<\/li>\n
  14. Upon prior arrangement, the Lessor agrees to the stay of small pets in the cottage.<\/li>\n
  15. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage.<\/li>\n
  16. Trash and other waste must be disposed of in the container located outside the cottage, in accordance with waste segregation rules.<\/li>\n
  17. The handover and return of the holiday cottage take place in the presence of the Lessor.<\/li>\n
  18. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement by the Lessor, without refund of costs incurred by the Guest.<\/li>\n
  19. These regulations constitute a contract concluded between the parties and are accepted by the Guest at the moment the deposit is paid. In the event of any disputes regarding the execution of the agreement, the parties undertake to resolve the conflict amicably in the first instance. If no agreement is reached, any disputes arising from the performance of this agreement shall be settled by the competent court.<\/li>\n
  20. Charging electric vehicles is only possible after prior notification of the Lessor.<\/li>\n
  21. The Guest is required to pay a security deposit at check-in to cover any potential damage.  <\/li>\n
  22. Any violation of the regulations may result in a financial penalty in justified cases.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
